1/11/09 notes

Jer 22:
1Thus says the LORD, "Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and there speak this word
2and say, 'Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, who (A)sits on David's throne, you and your servants and your people who enter these gates.
3'Thus says the LORD, "(B)Do justice and righteousness, and deliver the one who has been robbed from the power of his (C)oppressor Also (D)do not mistreat or do violence to the stranger, the orphan, or the widow; and do not (E)shed innocent blood in this place.
4"For if you men will indeed perform this thing, then (F)kings will enter the gates of this house, sitting in David's place on his throne, riding in chariots and on horses, even the king himself and his servants and his people.
5"(G)But if you will not obey these words, I (H)swear by Myself," declares the LORD, "that this house will become a desolation."'"
13"Woe to him who builds his house (T)without righteousness
And his upper rooms without justice,
Who uses his neighbor's services without pay
And (U)does not give him his wages,
14Who says, 'I will (V)build myself a roomy house
With spacious upper rooms,
And cut out its windows,
Paneling it with (W)cedar and painting it bright red.'
15"Do you become a king because you are competing in cedar?
Did not your father eat and drink
And (X)do justice and righteousness?
Then it was (Y)well with him.
16"He pled the cause of the (Z)afflicted and needy;
Then it was well
(AA)Is not that what it means to know Me?"
Declares the LORD.
17"But your eyes and your heart
Are intent only upon your own (AB)dishonest gain,
And on (AC)shedding innocent blood
And on practicing oppression and extortion."
Ez: 33: 1And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

2"Son of man, speak to the (A)sons of your people and say to them, 'If I bring a sword upon a land, and the people of the land take one man from among them and make him their watchman,
3and he sees the sword coming upon the land and (B)blows on the trumpet and warns the people,
4then he who hears the sound of the trumpet and (C)does not take warning, and a sword comes and takes him away, his (D)blood will be on his own head.
5'He heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning; his blood will be on himself. But had he taken warning, he would have (E)delivered his life.
6'But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is (F)taken away in his iniquity; but his (G)blood I will require from the watchman's hand.'
7"Now as for you, son of man, I have (H)appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel; so you will hear a message from My mouth and give them (I)warning from Me.
8"When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked man, you will (J)surely die,' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require from your hand.
9"But if you on your part warn a wicked man to turn from his way and he (K)does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquity, but you have (L)delivered your life.
10"Now as for you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, 'Thus you have spoken, saying, "Surely our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and we are (M)rotting away in them; (N)how then can we survive?"'
11"Say to them, '(O)As I live!' declares the Lord GOD, 'I take (P)no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked (Q)turn from his way and live (R)Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of Israel?'
12"And you, son of man, say to your fellow citizens, 'The (S)righteousness of a righteous man will not deliver him in the day of his transgression, and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he will (T)not stumble because of it in the day when he turns from his wickedness; whereas a righteous man will not be able to live by his righteousness on the day when he commits sin.'
13"When I say to the righteous he will surely live, and he so trusts in his righteousness that he (U)commits iniquity, none of his righteous deeds will be remembered; but in that same iniquity of his which he has committed he will die.
14"But when I say to the wicked, 'You will surely die,' and he (V)turns from his sin and practices (W)justice and righteousness,
15if a wicked man restores a pledge, (X)pays back what he has taken by robbery, walks by the (Y)statutes which ensure life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
16"(Z)None of his sins that he has committed will be remembered against him. He has practiced justice and righteousness; he shall surely live.
17"Yet your fellow citizens say, 'The way of the Lord is not right,' when it is their own way that is not right.
18"When the righteous turns from his righteousness and (AA)commits iniquity, then he shall die in it.
19"But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and practices justice and righteousness, he will live by them.
20"Yet you say, '(AB)The way of the Lord is not right.' O house of Israel, I will judge each of you according to his ways."

2 Cor 6: 14(AI)Do not be bound together with (AJ)unbelievers; for what (AK)partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness?
15Or what (AL)harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a (AM)believer in common with an (AN)unbeliever?
16Or (AO)what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are (AP)the temple of (AQ)the living God; just as God said,
"(AR)I WILL (AS)DWELL IN THEM AND (AT)WALK AMONG THEM;
AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.
17"(AU)Therefore, (AV)COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE," says the Lord.
"AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN;
And I will welcome you.
18"(AW)And I will be a father to you,
And you shall be (AX)sons and daughters to Me,"
Says the Lord Almighty.
1 cor 5: 9I wrote you in my letter (P)not to associate with immoral people;
10I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with (Q)idolaters, for then you would have to go out of the world.
11But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called (R)brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or (S)an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler--not even to eat with such a one.
12For what have I to do with judging (T)outsiders? (U)Do you not judge those who are within the church?
13But those who are outside, God judges. (V)REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES.

2 cor 5: 14For the love of Christ (U)controls us, having concluded this, that (V)one died for all, therefore all died; 15and He died for all, so that they who live might no longer (W)live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf. 16Therefore from now on we recognize no one (X)according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer. 17Therefore if anyone is (Y)in Christ, he is (Z)a new creature; (AA)the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 18Now (AB)all these things are from God, (AC)who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the (AD)ministry of reconciliation, 19namely, that (AE)God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, (AF)not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20Therefore, we are (AG)ambassadors for Christ, (AH)as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be (AI)reconciled to God. 21He made Him who (AJ)knew no sin to be (AK)sin on our behalf, so that we might become the (AL)righteousness of God in Him.
Gal 6: 1Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. 2Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Matt 18: 15"If your brother sins against you,[a] go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over.

in that moment of pressure

In the moment of pressure, it is easy to let the world fall apart. I can choose to climb under the covers because my head is pounding or my stomach is twisting in many new ways. I can also choose to let anxiety overtake me. Another common route is to panic, try doing everything out of my own efforts and my sense of need... or I can show up as the go-giver... the one who gives everything over to God... becoming willing to hear and be led by Him, in all things, no matter the cost. In His presence, in the Holy of Holies or sitting boldly before the throne I know that His plans are for me. He is my provider. It never negates the messes I can create and the consequences for that action. However, it is never acceptable to put my needs before Him. This is the epitome of self-reliance in an ungodly manner. It often comes off as desperate to others... or pushy. Here is what must be done, my way, now. They may not know how truly desperate you are for the whatever it is to be done, but it shows up in how you connect, or don't connect. Rather than drawing from this source... seek first the kingdom. Seek the source. Listen to the still small voice, rest in His presence, dance in His chamber, and sing with all your heart. Be with the Lord.

No longer a scapegoat

Leviticus 16:8Aaron shall cast lots on the two goats--one lot for the Lord, the other lot for Azazel or removal.

9And Aaron shall bring the goat on which the Lord's lot fell and offer him as a sin offering.

10But the goat on which the lot fell for Azazel or removal shall be presented alive before the Lord to make atonement over him, that he may be let go into the wilderness for Azazel (for dismissal)....

21And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat and confess over him all the iniquities of the Israelites and all their transgressions, all their sins; and he shall put them upon the head of the goat [the sin-bearer], and send him away into the wilderness by the hand of a man [b]who is timely (ready, fit).

22The goat shall bear upon himself all their iniquities, carrying them to a land cut off (a land of forgetfulness and separation, not inhabited)! And the man leading it shall let the goat go in the wilderness.

I was given a word the other night that God is cutting off the pattern of being a scapegoat. I value the input of the one who delivered this word to me, but can verify she had just met me that evening and had no idea of the life patterns I may have ever had.

I have looked back at various points in life and knew people often take out their frustrations upon me. I also see at times I've brought others junk upon myself - trying to bear with them in their burdens. However, Christ has paid the full price - we do not need to sacrifice goats, rams, lambs, or any other animals to enter into the Holy of Holies. We can boldly go before the throne of God. I don't need to offer myself up as the scapegoat either. I have helped others to feel loved. I want them to appreciate me - so I intentionally have gone above and beyond what I needed to do just to know I am loved. I also have allowed others too much liberty in how they treat me. With a heightened sense of the spiritual realm at times, I must not take it personally when I know things are off kilter. I must simply remain in Him. My identity is found in being with Him.

As such, I've made some good changes lately. I've freed myself from helping others in self-seeking purposes. This applies especially when they only come to me because they need something. True, the point of the corporate church is to supply the needs of each other. However, if that is the only reason we seek to connect, it is simply a misuse of a relationship. If no actual relationship remains, there is little interest in meeting any needs. If I help others, it won't be based out of my need for love. My source in that is Christ - and the doors He opens up to reveal that. If I help others, it is out of a love for Christ. I am not obligated to help everyone that comes my way - and shouldn't do so in a self-seeking effort.

In some senses, I'm an overload of unsolicited information. I realize at times this is completely fine. The goal is to move constantly in step with His Spirit. If He calls me to speak, move, do, be anything at all to anyone else - then I rank that more important than the others involved, including my own reluctance to speak up at times. God can show up as a calm gentleman with all peacefulness, but He also can show up to turn tables over. The key is - to be apart and still enough before Him to know how He wants to show up through me and stick to just that.

I've cut back on what information I share and in which avenues. Transparency is not nakedness. If others have any remote interest in me and what I'm doing - I am transparent before them. If God speaks to me to become more so, I will. If I am to be less revealing, then I accept His input on this as well.

In learning the balance of relationships in many areas of life, I realize all I need to do is remain in as a branch connected to the branches. I simply have found "Where I Belong" - and that is in the Holy of Holies. I am not a scapegoat any longer. I do not take upon myself anything unnecessarily, nor do I accept others putting their stuff upon me. I do fully accept being found in Him, and bearing with others as He calls me to.

Annual New Year's Message

Sermon notes from http://whocenter.org

A people formed into a powerful entity who work together to infiltrate a all the kingdoms for this world where god’s people rule a the top of the mountain that changes mindsets

Are we ruling as we ought?

This year – training in 7 mts

Political
Educational
Medical
Church

1 peter 2: 9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 10 Once you were not a people [at all], but now you are God’s people; once you were unpitied, but now you are pitied and have received mercy.

Rev 5: And You have made them a kingdom (royal race) and priests to our God, and they shall reign [as kings] over the earth!

Jesus spoke this out into the atmosphere and nothing will stop it.

Kingdoms of world: injustice, poverty, lack, sickness, uncertainty
Kingdom of God: power, love, peace of mind, wealth, provision,

• Lordship of Jesus involves military, economic, social strategy
• Righteousness is the key – right relationship w/ God
• We have a 3 yr chance to turn this nation around. By 2012 there will be absolute breakout or tremendous change to represent the kingdom of God.
• Jesus didn’t die for a church that needed to be raptured. What kind of a kingdom is it to need to be taken away like we were deceived.
• If Jesus said and does all this, why are we not living a more victorious life?
• We must determine what our influence is going to be
• In a 3 yr pd of time the nation stands in a brink of determining
• The righteousness of God is the foundation
• The war is against the govt, we’re headed toward a socialistic time and the people want their constitutional rights back
• This is a time of 1 Kings 18 – Elijah says nothing will happen, present yourself before king Ahab, the prophets of Baal keep yelling to their gods, God will answer by fire
• Fix your issues now
• God wants to establish righteousness
• We’ve believed it was our job to get them into the church, but we are to go out to them and influence them there
• We must pray for food, that stores don’t ravish the breadbasket of America
• The world needs our resources
• We must pray for the success of our farmers

So what’s the problem, why hasn’t the church come together? What hasn’t this developed into what Jesus said this is what he’s going to do?

The church is really in the time of Jacob’s trouble. Jacob must become a new man before he met is brother again. We must wrestle with God before we meet with Jesus.

God wants us to be the community He called us to be

Become one body in which all the joints supply

Wealthy business people will build resources they want simply because they want it to advance God’s kingdom, it won’t take gov’t to get it done

We can disagree all we want now but that will not continue into heaven

The church people don’t want to give up their title, drop the pride

God is installing apostolic centers where people gather, give up identity, and go back out the marketplace/ 7 mts

God will be revealing to His people that stand out but it must come from time spent in His presence

God wants to give us strategy

Eph 3:10[The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.

Give up personal identity

Do you hear God enough to trust Him?

2 Cor 10:3 For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, 5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One), 6 Being in readiness to punish every [insubordinate for his] disobedience, when your own submission and obedience [as a church] are fully secured and complete.

Abraham – calls Sarah his sister – deceptive but true

2009 – year of lord’s glory – extraordinary miracles in business, especially those that hear God

Ps 9:7 But the Lord shall remain and continue forever; He has prepared and established His throne for judgment. 8 And He will judge the world in righteousness (rightness and equity); He will minister justice to the peoples in uprightness. 9 The Lord also will be a refuge and a high tower for the oppressed, a refuge and a stronghold in times of trouble (high cost, destitution, and desperation). 10 And they who know Your name [who have experience and acquaintance with Your mercy] will lean on and confidently put their trust in You, for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek (inquire of and for) You [on the authority of God’s Word and the right of their necessity].

Stay where God calls no matter what because there is blessing there, like Isaac

Daniel – you have been found wanting (hand on the wall),

We have a fatherless generation. You are no longer an orphan.

There is more honor in America in our pets than in our families

Depend upon the presence of the Lord, we must get into the holy place with Him.

Positioned in a place of blessing that we may bless others
In the secret place is a place of promotion, provision, you will know His heart and enact plans with Him
The glory of the Lord is only found in Zion

Babylon – system of the world – robs you of your identity, counterfeit religious system, cuts off destiny

People are missing the opportunities before them because they are not hearing from God

Be willing to step out as a fool to accomplish what God wants to do through you. Can you put aside rationalism when God speaks.

Can you hear god outside of your cellphone and computer? The timing of where we are is a time for God’s people to be promoted.
