Rice to visit Haitian leadership

A long overdue visit to a nation in need of considerable reform. Ayiti is one of the most beautiful and proud nations, but reformation on economics, government, and peace-keeping strategies has been neglected for so long. Tainted by border-line anarchy, these proud citizens cannot find a means to push toward a national goal yet. By continuing to dole out support without educating people about the potential for economic development, the need for compassionate change, or and end to the poverty lifestyle, this nation will continue as it is. In order to bring about a true change, we must move from handing out to training up.
